Paperless Businesses

officeAs more an more businesses adopt the process of emailing their accounts (a paper account is an extra cost) serious thought has to go into how these accounts should be stored. Do you print out a copy or does your business go paperless? Greening your business would be good.

If so please set up processes to file these accounts so they can be accessed later.   As we are ungrading our computers more and more, we need to have these accounts backed up in a way that they can be found in a few years time if required.   And most of all, have a good size screen for your bookkeeper, or 2 screens so if multi programs and accounts are open and they do not have  to move them around the screen all the time to access them.
